Pawandeep has solid knowledge and training in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, joint dysfunctions, overuse injuries and postural dysfunctions. Pawandeep uses different types of Swedish massage techniques, facial techniques, joint mobilizations, Hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercises. Pawandeep is a client-focused therapist, dedicated to providing quality therapeutic massage treatments. Each of her treatments is customized to the individual client’s needs. She loves to educate her clients on overall health and wellness. Pawandeep is certified in Indian Head and Neck Massage treatments. Outside the clinic, Pawandeep loves to spend time with her children and family.
Dr. Jinhyun (Jayden) Kim
Chiropractor
Dr. Jayden Kim graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto.Dr. Jayden is a hands-on diversified practitioner who offers chiropractic adjustments/manipulations, mobilizations, soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation. He is also certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture. He believes movement is essential to health and well-being, and is committed to providing each patient with detailed movement assessments and personalized exercises programs to help them achieve their goals.In his spare time, Dr. Jayden enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out at the gym, running, and watching sports. He is currently on a personal journey to complete a full marathon and, one day, an ironman triathlon.
Shireen Hejab
Resident Physiotherapist
She is a Resident Physiotherapist with nearly 10 years of international clinical experience and over 1.5 years of professional practice in Canada. She hold a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Himalayan University and have completed a three-year certification program in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in India. Her clinical experience spans both pediatric and geriatric populations, with a strong focus on delivering individualized, evidence-based care. She have extensive experience in conducting antenatal (ANC) and postnatal (PNC) programs, supporting women throughout pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation. In addition to conventional physiotherapy, I integrate holistic and mind–body approaches into patient care. She is certified in breathing techniques, meditation, and Arhatic Yoga, which allows me to support patients’ physical recovery while also enhancing mental well-being.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from PGIMER, India, with clinical experience in orthopedics and neurology. Akshita takes a holistic, patient-centered approach that blends manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to promote recovery and wellness. She is known for her empathetic listening and ability to design personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s goals. Akshita strongly believes that patient education is the foundation of effective therapy, helping to build trust and lasting results. She stays current with emerging research to integrate the latest techniques into her practice. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to lead pain-free, active lives.
